The Burbank City Council on Feb. 10 adopted Ordinance No. 2-2-26, updating sections 8-875 and 8-877 of the municipal code governing rental housing. Ald. Sheri Gustafson moved the ordinance and Ald. John Pacella seconded; a roll call showed 7 Ayes and 0 Nays and the motion passed.
