Wellington ISD trustees approve three local policy changes
The board approved changes to FD(LOCAL), FM(LOCAL) and FNCE(LOCAL) at the Oct. 14 meeting; each motion passed unanimously 7-0, according to the minutes.

Trustee Gene Pena moved and Trustee Lance Kane seconded to approve changes to Board Policies FD(LOCAL) and FM(LOCAL); the motion carried 7-0. Later, Trustee Alison Strickland moved and Trustee Mark Lemons seconded to approve changes to Board Policy FNCE(LOCAL); that motion also passed 7-0.
