Trustees authorize change orders, additional architect work for Village Hall conversion

Manager Volpe's memo described interior demolition, abatement and a sequence of tests and condition assessments—environmental testing, ACM abatement and flooring removal, electrical and architectural demolition, floor scanning, sewer televising and structural assessment—needed before reconstruction can proceed.
The items were placed on the consent agenda and approved as part of the board's roll-call vote. The board packet also referenced an agreement with Wright Heerema Architects, Ltd. to authorize additional architectural services to address design and remediation tasks associated with the conversion.
The board did not take separate, standalone discussion on these items during the meeting; approval occurred through the consent agenda vote that included other ordinances and resolutions.
