Board approves MOU with Orangefield ISD and hears Head Start update
The board heard a Head Start directors report and approved an MOU between WEST ORANGE‑COVE CISD and Orangefield ISD on a unanimous vote.

District staff presented a Head Start directors report as an informational item. The report was followed by consideration of a memorandum of understanding between WEST ORANGE‑COVE CISD and Orangefield ISD. Trustee Roderick Robertson moved to approve the MOU, seconded by Tommy Wilson Sr.; the motion passed 7–0.
