The Commission held and closed a public hearing on Ordinance No. 1840-26, concerning criminal-history screening for certain city positions and outside contractors or vendors. No members of the public spoke; City Attorney Mary Sneed read the ordinance title into the record. Commissioner Reece moved approval on first reading, Commissioner Brunscheen seconded, and the motion carried unanimously by roll call.
