Business Manager Nancy Cooper told the board the district needed to adjust its purchasing threshold to align with EDGAR purchasing guidelines and recommended raising the threshold in Local Policy CFB from $5,000 to $10,000. The board approved the change effective Oct. 1, 2025 (motion by Leslye Morris, second by Will Duggan; unanimous).
