The Operations Committee of the Mineral Point Unified School District reviewed a contractor estimate of approximately $50,000 to convert an elementary guide space into a classroom. The estimate covered construction, electrical work, drywall, window and door installation, and smoke detector relocation; the committee said it hoped to complete work between the end of the school year and the start of summer school.
