The Whitehouse Independent School District Board approved an amendment to the 2024–25 budget during its Aug. 18 special meeting. Trustee Holly Conaway moved to approve the amendment, Trustee Nick Moss seconded, and the motion passed on a 6–0 roll-call vote with Trustee Al Flanagan absent.
