At the Jan. 20, 2026 meeting, trustees moved to approve the consent agenda items covering the Dec. 15, 2025 regular meeting minutes, the monthly investment report for Dec. 31, 2025, and the General Fund Financial Report for Dec. 31, 2025. Trustee Liz Gutierrez made the motion and Trustee Belinda Gonzalez seconded. The meeting record lists the action as "Motion Carried: 6- 1 - 0."
