County staff presented three proposals to modernize elevators at the Annex Building, County Jail, and Negaunee Service Center to meet updated Michigan Elevator Code requirements effective Jan. 1, 2028. Reported proposal amounts were TK Elevator $463,011; Metro Elevator $436,767; Otis Elevator Company $566,681.
