Presidio Elementary staff reported that PLCs and team leaders are organizing goals and logistics, with teachers rotating to run an early GT pull‑out program for 1st and 2nd graders while other students receive RTI supports. Staff said baseline tests were used to regroup students by need and that an Accelerated Reader (AR) incentive dance is planned for students who meet reading targets.
