Board members reported discrepancies between county property-appraiser records and on-the-ground parcels that changed equivalent-residential-unit (ERU) assignments for certain properties, including Omni. A board member reviewing the roll said the village-area buildings were underreported in square footage and that combined parcel records had omitted many retail bays; as a result, Omni's ERU count increased from 344 to 361 after corrections were submitted to the district (S6).
