The chair asked staff to circulate the updated parcel lists so trustees can confirm owner names and mailing addresses before the county sends assessment notices. "We discovered their numbers were all wrong," a trustee said, describing conversations with the property appraiser that led to corrected square footage and reassignment; staff volunteered to forward the revised lists to members for local validation. The board also noted that incorrectly addressed owners could complicate mailing of annual notices and asked staff to help identify correct contact information.
