The West Oso Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to approve a guaranteed-cost workers' compensation plan with Frost Insurance, continuing coverage with Texas Mutual Insurance Co. for the period Jan. 1, 2026, through Jan. 1, 2027. Trustee Shirley Jordan made the motion, seconded by Trustee Priscilla Vela; the motion passed 5–1 with Trustee Oscar Arredondo recorded as the lone Nay.
