The Reagan County ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve the elementary Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) during its Dec. 8, 2025 meeting. The motion was made by Ruben Martinez and seconded by JJ Weatherby; the minutes record the action as "Motion carried unanimously."
The Special Programs Director had reported to the board on the TIP during the administrative reports portion of the meeting; the plan is intended to direct targeted supports at the elementary level. The board will proceed with implementation steps established by district staff and monitored by the Special Programs office.
