The board approved an independent audit engagement letter and continued the district's contract with Rutherford, Taylor and Co. for the year ending June 30, 2026; approval was unanimous.

Superintendent Jeff Irvin presented an engagement letter from Rutherford, Taylor and Co. and recommended the board continue the firm's audit services for the year ending June 30, 2026. Board member Rusty Case moved to approve the contract; Billie Miller seconded the motion and it carried 7-0.
