The Rockwall Independent School District Board of Trustees accepted recommendations marking the roofing projects complete at Ouida Springer Elementary School and Dorothy Smith-Pullen Elementary School during the Dec. 15 meeting. Grant DuBois moved to approve the project completions; Dr. Bart Miller seconded the motion. The minutes record the action as passing 6-0 with Stan Britton absent.
