The Roby Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees approved an update or addition to Policy FNCE Local (Student Personal Communication Device) during the Aug. 26 special meeting. Trustee Stormy Rasberry moved the change and Trustee Carter Edmondson seconded; the motion passed 5–0 with Stormy Rasberry, Carter Edmondson, Dakota Rasberry, Michele Terry and Kevin Kelly voting yes.
