Superintendent says OFCC issued conditional approval; board to adopt resolution accepting COCA
The superintendent announced that the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission issued a certificate of conditional approval (COCA) that evening and told the board a project-team meeting is set for Aug. 14; staff said the board will adopt a resolution at a subsequent meeting to accept the certification.

The superintendent told the board the district received a Certification of Conditional Approval from OFCC and that the document initiates the next phase of OFCC-managed planning and architect selection. “We got the today from OFCC, our certification of conditional approval,” the superintendent said, describing the notice as arriving that evening.
