The Royal ISD Board voted to approve a contingent-fee contract with Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP for collection of delinquent governmental receivables. The contract was approved under authority of Section 6.30 of the Texas Tax Code; the motion was made by Trustee Cori Vahalik, seconded by Trustee Elton Foster, and recorded as passed.
