The Round Top–Carmine ISD Board voted on Aug. 11, 2025 to delegate contractual authority to the superintendent solely for obligating the district under Texas Education Code (TEC) 11.1511(c)(4) and TEC Chapter 49, Subchapters A and D, and the commissioner of education’s rules. Trustee Kyle Fricke moved the motion; Trustee Bryn Behnke seconded, and the motion carried.
