The Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees approved consultant design services and selected project delivery methods for several capital projects: the Rockwall-Heath High School roof replacement, site improvements at JW Williams Middle School and Maurine Cain Middle School, and the District Network Operations Center (NOC) HVAC replacement. Motions were made and seconded for each item and each recorded approval passed 6-0, with Dr. Sherry Packer absent.
