The Royal Independent School District Board authorized the superintendent or designee to conduct a request for qualifications (RFQ) to recommend a program manager for selection by the board for Bond 2025 construction projects. The motion, made by Elton Foster and seconded by Cori Vahalik, passed with five votes in favor.
