The Royal Independent School District Board authorized the superintendent or designee to conduct a request for qualifications (RFQ) to form an architectural and engineering pool for Bond 2025 and future construction projects. The motion was made by Elton Foster, seconded by Cori Vahalik, and passed unanimously.
