"President Michael Wood, called for a closed session beginning at 8:01 p.m.pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section $551.074 and $551.076 for the purpose of discussing personnel or to hear complaints against personnel and the deployment, specific occasions for, or implementation of, security personnel or devices," the minutes record.
