The project listing in the packet gives a construction cost of $2,842,564.07 and shows a projected completion of March 12, 2025 (contract completion date listed as May 12, 2025 after an added 60 days). “Project is about 70% complete … we are still on schedule to complete the project in March 2025,” the project update states.
