Committee members discussed two contracts tied to a parks land-grant application that were executed after the parks director believed GO bond money remained. Chair said Jan believed the work was covered by the GO bond but that was incorrect, leaving roughly one engineering contract (V3/B3 engineering) with about a $40,000 balance owing.
