Legislator Matthew Turnbull moved that the committee approve a $1,000,000 supplemental appropriation (bonding) to fund the Pumpkin Swamp Bridge Replacement in the Town of Goshen, drawing funds from Project No. 62 and existing Project No. 461. The motion was seconded by Virginia Scott and carried.
