On Feb. 16, 2026, the Silverton Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to adopt a resolution selecting D. Scott Stark as the district's consulting architectural/engineering representative for the District's 2026 Bond Program Projects under RFQ 2026-01 and authorized the superintendent to negotiate a suitable contract, subject to final Board approval.
