Board approves Seaside & Master Drainage work scope; authorizes $15,000 irrigation change order

Krebs also presented anticipated ancillary irrigation costs: $4,002.50 to repair damaged wiring and about $1,300 each to raise seven to eight irrigation heads. On a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Schultz, the board approved an Irrigation Concepts change order in a not‑to‑exceed amount of $15,000 to cover wiring repairs and raising irrigation heads.
The board authorized the change order to ensure irrigation functionality while main drainage work begins and directed staff to monitor costs and report back on final invoices.
