County Clerk Sonia asked the court to approve an electronic file‑sharing agreement intended to streamline delivery of public land records, probate indexes and civil indexes on designated days. Sonia said the arrangement appeared to be an inherited, boilerplate verbal agreement for which she has requested a physical contract; the county attorney reviewed the draft and staff recommended approval.
