The board approved a change to authorized signers on the district's Nevada Bank & Trust account, removing Steve Guittar, Rick Jimenez and Charles Shearer and adding Brian Riley, Raymond Mowery and Misty Atkins. The Chair presented the item and a member moved to approve the change; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
