Superintendent Rob Armstrong told the board on Aug. 14 that multiple bond-funded construction projects are active across the district. He said the junior high roof replacement and Chieftain Center stair work are ongoing, the high school project has walls and exits in place and is being prepared for demolition work, and the Westside baseball and softball complex is on schedule to open in mid‑February or early March to serve the 2024–25 seasons.
