The Newcastle Board of Education approved Schedule A — the personnel employment schedule attached to the agenda — at both its July 22 and Aug. 4 meetings. Each approval passed unanimously among members present (Yea: 4; Absent: 1). The approvals followed executive sessions during which personnel matters were discussed under 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1).
