Knights introduced a QR code and website that lets the public submit sightings with GPS locations; staff will verify reports and incorporate them into mapping. He said pilot downloads indicate exactly where planes sprayed, which can help distinguish proposed versus completed blocks on the live map. Officials said the map will be updated as quickly as practical but that there may be a delay between a report and field verification or treatment scheduling.
