Commissioners and staff expressed appreciation for using Zoom to allow participation from remote communities such as West Wendover, calling it convenient for a typically short February meeting. Staff asked that entities be invited in advance to present at the August meeting so those with substantive capital plans can attend in person or by Zoom.
