Council approves routine litigation payments and a management-commission appointment

During the consent calendar, the council approved two fiscal resolutions authorizing payments for litigation-related legal services: $20,688.97 to the law office of Lauren E. Jones and $8,160.00 to the law office of Cameron and Mittelman. Motions to approve were moved and seconded; the clerk recorded affirmative responses and the resolutions were declared approved.
