Resident Bradley St. Bonnet used the public-comment period to raise concerns about the length of lines and wait times for vehicle inspections and said a friend had been suspended from using L‑Cat. County staff advised Mr. St. Bonnet that vehicle inspections are performed by the Kansas Highway Patrol and that he should contact L‑Cat regarding the suspension process.
