Weathersfield OKs state-funded demolition, site stabilization at 130 Maple Street

The Weathersfield Selectboard voted unanimously to authorize Town Manager Brandon Gulnick to sign a $128,695 contract with Summit Contracting LLC for demolition and site stabilization of the property at 130 Maple Street in Perkinsville. The work is funded through a Vermont Department of Public Safety Hazard Mitigation Flood Resilient Communities Fund grant of $343,263, which Gulnick said “provides funding with no local match requirement resulting in the project being funded 100%.”
