The Weathersfield Planning Commission on July 20 reviewed edits to a draft steep-slopes bylaw and questioned how regulations would apply to development and crossings of steep slopes. Land Use Administrator Ryan Gumbart presented the packet edits and the Commission discussed scope, enforcement, and professional-certification requirements.
