The Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve a special‑use permit for an accessory structure sited on an existing concrete pad at Lot 6, Block A of Col Manor (211 Stonegate Way). Staff recommended approval after confirming the structure will be constructed of similar materials to the primary dwelling and that required building permits and engineering review (including septic spray-field relocation and foundation verification) will be required before construction.
