Justin (speaker 3) updated the board on personnel and asset-management progress: two staff members obtained operator licenses (Class 4 and Class 5), bringing wastewater operator staffing to fully licensed status. He said over 3,000 water meters have been GPS-located with roughly 700 still to complete and that all fire hydrants have been mapped.
