Council appointed four members to the Rangely Historical Preservation Board and approved two advisory appointments; the council also appointed Lisa Perry to the Rangeland Development Association and Rangeland Development Corporation.

The Rangely Town Council approved several appointments aimed at strengthening local boards. Council appointed Jeremy Laurie, Beth Wiley (correction made during the meeting to 'Beth'), Diane Sizemore, and Emma Baker to the Rangely Historical Preservation Board; members will operate under the RDC and pursue grants where appropriate. The council also appointed Jeanne Caldwell and Keely Ellis to serve in advisory roles to the same historical board, helping ensure compliance with History Colorado guidelines.
