The Silver Creek Township Board voted to retain Otto for engineering services with a spending cap of $30,000. Chairman Mike Helman made the motion to "approve using Otto for engineering services, not to exceed $30k," Supervisor Andy Christensen seconded, and the motion carried 3‑0.
