Council considered two related ordinances to abandon city title and interest in right-of-way segments identified as Strong Road (Strand Road in record) and Harris Road, requested by an abutting property owner and Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF). Staff described developer site plans and said private access will serve a logistics center; council discussed preserving the historical name and staff agreed to coordinate with the landowner and BNSF on naming.
