Coryell County accepts Cedar Bluff Loop and Cedar Hill Drive into county road system

County staff reported that the developer of Cedar Bluff Subdivision satisfied the two-year maintenance-bond requirements and corrected items flagged by the inspector. The court voted to release the developer's maintenance bond and accept the subdivision roads into the county maintenance system.
The judge directed staff to create a road order that includes precise lengths, widths and right-of-way measurements so the acceptance can be properly recorded and reported to TxDOT and Citcog. Road staff noted the combined paved length approximates 7,820 linear feet and that lane/shoulder widths will be specified in the road order before external reporting.
