Board approves $1,200 amendment to state RERT grant for bomb-squad equipment
An amendment of $1,200 to a state grant for Regional Emergency Response Team (RERT #4) will cover a shortfall to purchase ballistic vests and helmets for the county bomb squad; commissioners approved the amendment unanimously.

Christina Marshall and Undersheriff Joe Tomich presented Amendment 1 to the contract for Regional Emergency Response Team (RERT) number 4, reporting an additional $1,200 in state grant funding from the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security to cover a procurement shortfall for ballistic vests and helmets. "Sweetwater County was in was awarded an additional $1,200 to its state grant award being overseen by the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security," Marshall said, and staff noted the original award and the revised total.
