El Paso Central Appraisal District Executive Director Dinah Kilgore and Deputy Chief Appraiser David Stone presented the district's certified 2026 appraisal roll to the Commissioners Court, reporting certification in late July and a modest overall increase in taxable value after protest activity. Kilgore and Stone told the court the district certified values on July 24 and highlighted nearly 450,000 parcels under the roll.
