Milestone Materials requested a conditional-use permit revision to transfer operator status from Thunderhill Aggregate LLC for Non-Metallic Mine #14022 and submitted a reclamation-plan update (Reclamation Plan #RP-14022). The Town of Superior registered no objections. The committee approved both the conditional-use permit revision and the reclamation-plan update with the conditions listed in the application on motions by Scott Luostari and Bill Fennessey.
