The board tabled a county utility permit submitted by Jeremy Smiddie, the authorized agent for Windstream/UNITI, to blow fiber in existing duct and place new hand holes along portions of Spencer Road, NE Trail Road and Bishop Road in District 1. Chairman Johnny Owens requested the item be tabled and the board did so; the transcript does not record the reason for tabling.
