OSU Extension Agent Mackinzie Overman introduced Blakelee Pugh to the Kay County Board as the county’s newly hired 4‑H Educator. Overman told commissioners that Pugh "has been with OSU Extension for the past couple of weeks and has several upcoming activities and projects underway."
